Why counselling?

All sorts of people choose to talk to a counsellor for a variety of reasons. At certain points in our lives we may become confused, sad or angry about ourselves, past or present events, other individuals etc.

We can often bottle up our thoughts and feelings until they become difficult to deal with. Many people believe they have few people they can talk to safely, or they are afraid of being judged by those close to them.

How can counselling help?

Counselling provides the time and space to explore personal issues, problems, thoughts and feelings.

My aim is to provide support to allow you to work through the things which are causing you concern or difficulty, I provide addiction counselling, drug and alcohol counselling in South East London and am here to help you identify ways of coping in the future.
